My client who are one of Ireland's leading healthcare companies based in Cork are currently looking for a Quality Compliance Specialist on an initial 6 month contract. The client manufacture approximately half of their top twenty products, saving and enhancing lives in over sixty countries around the world. This role is based in Cork in a leading facility for the development, testing and manufacturing of new biologics and vaccines, exporting to over 90 countries across the world.They specialise in the late-stage development and commercial supply of biotech products. As a Quality Specialist you will work within the compliance team to maintain all aspects of compliance. This will require a substantial amount your time engaging and communicating with all team members, within the various areas. The Compliance Specialist will promote a culture of compliance excellence at the facility, using a leadership style of collaboration and coaching. You will lead walkdowns ensuring that areas are always audit ready. Assist in formulating corrective plans and putting process in place confirming that actions are addressed. Your role will be to ensure the highest Quality, Compliance and Safety standards. Day to day duties:- Supports the compliance plan and generation of quality metrics- Complete review and approval of Quality documentation - Tracking and directing follow-up activities, to correct any non-conformity- Participate in the preparation and hosting of regulatory and customer audits- GMP training delivery- Provide Compliance guidance to Operating procedures- Review Deviation Trends and identify effective CAPA's, where necessary- Proactive monitoring of CAPAs- Participates in Quality Risk Management Your experience: 3rd Level Degree in Science/Engineering5 +years' experience in Biopharmaceutical or Pharmaceutical industry2+ years' experience in a Quality / Operations roleDemonstrated technical knowledge and experience in compliance (GMP, Engineering, Technical) If you are interested in this role please apply below for immediate consideration.
