***This is a permanent position*** I'm working exclusively with a start-up engineering business, that it looking to get a really exciting, environmentally friendly system up and running and into production this year. This innovative technology, a process system for the oil & gas industry is 40% cheaper, 10 times faster and uses considerably less energy than any existing systems and most importantly is environmentally responsible.Following successful trials of the first system, the co-founders are now looking for an experienced design engineer to help bring their idea to life and ensure it's manufacture ready. Do you have experience in the design of process systems and are passionate about bringing concepts to life and overseeing full product lifecycle? If so, this could be the opportunity for you!Essential skills:Strong background in the design of systems for process engineering industries - i.e Oil & gas, petrochemical, water, pharmaceutical, nuclear Experience of designing components within the systems - piping, tubes, valves, pumps 3D CAD (flexible on software)Design for manufacture Project leadership Analysis experience - FEA/ FMEA/ CFDSalary offer on offer for the position is circa £60,000 with an excellent work-life balance offering.This is an extremely exciting opportunity to have a significant impact on not just a new, exciting technology but also a start-up business.
