2nd Line Service Desk Engineer - £30 k - Cheshire

Our 2nd Line Responsibilities -

* Providing 2nd line technical support within the Microsoft operating system.

* Telephone handling and resolving technical support tickets on a busy Service Desk.

Technical Experience Required -

* MS365

* Exchange

* Vmware (Show that they're able to troubleshoot issues in a virtual environment, monitor and create VM's).

* AD

* DNS Records

* DHCP

* WAN

* Switching and Rooting

* Networking
