CRM Manager - London (£40,000 - £50,000)I am currently working with a fast-growing organisation that are looking to expand their marketing team in their new London office. In particular they are looking for a CRM Specialist to come in and take ownership of the Marketing Automation platform throughout the organisation on both the strategic and technical side.In this role you will be heavily involved in various integration's between the Marketing Automation platform and Salesforce CRM, as well as having a focus on the reporting and dashboards within the tool. Also you will setting up various lead scoring models and have a big emphasis on nurture programs within the company. You will also meet with multiple stakeholders and clients on a regular basis to help gather key business requirements. Another key element of this role will be mapping out the marketing automation strategy to help set up and manage key campaigns.Key Skills:Experience with a Marketing Automation platform (Preferably HubSpot, Marketo or Eloqua)Integration's and implementationsLanding pages and campaign managementRequirements gathering and stakeholder managementWorking knowledge of WordpressSalesforce CRM experienceThere is a start-up feel throughout the organisation which will enable you to have a lot of say within the Marketing Automation practice and will give you the chance to grow from within the company.
