Estimator-Commercial Fit Out or External Cladding Sector£25-30K plus pension, 34 days holidayBristol- based in the outskirts of Bristol, close to the M5, so is very commutable from Clevedon, Portishead, Weston Super Mare and Thornbury.39 Hours week, Mon-FriAre you an ambitious candidate with working experience in an estimating position within the Commercial 'Fit Out' or External Cladding sector looking for a long term opportunity to grow your career?The client is involved in both cleanroom and cold-room installation, so works with sectors largely unaffected by Covid (food and pharma), has highly ambitious growth plans and can offer long term career progression. This role is exclusively with Rise Technical. The position will be to work in the sales and estimating department, preparing quotations based on customer's drawings and specifications for installation projects.Therefore tasks will include: Estimating enquiresUnderstanding the requirement of a project using drawings and specificationsGenerating costings using Excel spreadsheetsSourcing quotations from key Suppliers To apply you should have the following: Estimating experience within the Commercial 'Fit Out' or External Cladding sectorCompetent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and ideally CRM systemsAble to read and understand construction drawings The working hours are 39 per week, Monday to Friday Please apply by emailing a CV to nick smith
