Lead Developer - Python + JavaScript - Surrey - £70,000 An industry-leading software company based in Surrey are looking for a Lead Python Engineer to join their fast-paced and highly agile team. They deliver SAAS products that allow businesses across any industry to manage automated test execution - moving from fixed regression to exploratory testing. The successful applicant will be leading from the front; still involving themselves in hands-on programming (approximately 50% of the time) and providing technical leadership for a team of 6-8 members, consisting of QA Engineers and Software Developers. Experience that would lend itself well: Strong Python development experienceFrontend development experience with JavaScript (ReactJS is preferred)Extensive experience working with Agile methodologiesExperienced in lead technical teams (line management, mentoring, etc.) Next steps: The salary for this role will pay up to £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
