As a Medical Affairs Manager, you will be responsible with developing a strategic and operational medical plan that supports the development, launch and life cycle management of the company's products through the engagement of Medical Experts & Key Stakeholders, trial support, medical education activities and scientific exchange. Key Duties & Responsibilities:Maintain up to date clinical knowledge in appropriate therapeutic areas and provide appropriate strategic and operational input into brand plans.Regularly review clinical articles relating to therapeutic area and attend update events such as scientific meetings, conferences/symposia.Provide an efficient and effective Industry Code compliant medical approval of promotional and on-promotional materials to help optimise achieving business goals.Work in conjunction with marketing team and other functions to develop & deliver brand plan & associated deliverables for the company's products in portfolio.Support wider team as appropriate, including Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance.Develop the appropriate materials related to the company's products and deliver training to sales force and other staff.Create and deliver KOL, Patient Group & National Stakeholder mapping & engagement plans.Liaise and engage with clinicians & authorities (e.g. NICE) to ensure appropriate representation of the company's products.Ensure vendors are qualified throughout their involvement in the company's activities.Minimum Requirements:A degree in Medicine or Pharmacy ideally with postgraduate qualificationsProven Medical Affairs experienceA driven, motivated self-starter with the potential to grow with the roleAbility to lead international medical and clinical projectsProven ability to run KOL and stakeholder engagement programs and to execute clinical programs to planExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Flexibility to accept multiple tasks of varying degrees of complexityClear understanding of health authority requirements related to GxP (e.g. GCP, PV, Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practices) To find out more about Real please visit www.realstaffing.comReal Staffing, a trading division of SThree Partnership LLP is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy| Registered office | 1st Floor, 75 King William Street, London, EC4N 7BE, United Kingdom | Partnership Number | OC387148 England and Wales
