Android Developer, Product DevelopmentAfter several years in the industry this company has decided to shake things ups change their B2B to something that will be more consumer friendly. Their long-term goal is to make cryptocurrencies just as useful as "actual money", rather than leaving themselves in traditional trading.To get the ball rolling they are looking to hire an Android developer to join their existing team, in-house in central Stockholm. They are after strong team players who can bring their own ideas to the table.Currently the exiting android team is in the process building the consumer-focused app from scratch. Here you will be working on connecting the app to APIs, as well as to animations and user experience. The solutions you build will directly feed into the how this company is seen, so you will get to play in a major role in developing the company's brand.Desired SkillsetExperience building and maintaining and Android application - Preferably one published on the Play StoreExperience working with Kotlin and Java for mobile developmentKnowledge of common mobile app architecture patternsApplicants with an academic qualification are especially interesting for this companyHow they enjoy workNormally these guys enjoy working out of their Stockholm-based headquarters with flexible working hours and occasional day working from home.Employees here are also given the option to travel with the company to their key partners located elsewhere in the world.
