QA Officer - South West LondonI am currently working with an exciting, growing Biotech in South West London.We are looking for a QA Officer to join the team at their state of the art facility in South West London. This is an operational QA Officer role whose function will be to maintain compliance with the EU GMP Part II (ICH Q7) Quality Management System and demonstrate compliance through Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles.Responsibilities:Authority to challenge data quality for release purposesCo-ordinating assessment and qualification of new materials and suppliers, on-going approved materialsWriting, Reviewing, Approving of written procedures (SOPs) and other documents, including amendmentsMonitoring and maintenance of Training requirements including application and principles of QAReview of laboratory LogbooksMonitoring and periodic review of the approved supplier systemMonitoring of the self-inspection and Internal auditing programMonitoring and maintenance of the controlled document system, including document review and issuanceQA systems maintenance (CAPAs, Deviations, OOS, Change Controls etc.)Requirements:A Degree level qualification in a biological science discipline desirableWorking knowledge of working within a GMP and/or GLP environmentWorking knowledge of Quality Management SystemsExperience with quality event management and CAPA programsExperience of change control proceduresKnowledge of handling complaints, returns and recallKnowledge of quality risk management, root cause analysis and FMEA processesKnowledge of approaches to data integrityAbility to challenge data quality for release purposesIf this exciting QA Officer position is of interest to you, please get in touch as soon as possible!
