Title: Mid-Level UI Designer

Salary: £30-£38k DOE + Bonus

Location: Cambridge (Remote working at the moment)REED Technology have the pleasure to be working with an award-winning company based in Cambridge and assisting them in their search for a Mid-Level UI Designer to join their established but growing team.If you are looking for the next steps in your career this is an excellent opportunity to join one of Britain's biggest names in their respective field. This role will consist of the following key responsibilities:Collaborate with Designers to build features from scratch-from wireframes to interactive prototypes and high fidelity mockups.Create icons and layouts in keeping with an established art styleChampion usability and user-centred designKeep up to date with the latest designs and trendsWork closely with the team to understand problems and collaboratively develop smart solutionsCreate high quality features that can be programmed and engineered by the DevelopersThis role would be great for someone with 1-3 years experience in a commercial environment, you will also have the following skills:

Excellent UI design skills, including:User centred designWireframingUser flowsInteraction designHigh fidelity prototypingVisual design skills, including:IconographyCompositionTypographyColour theoryTo be considered for this position, my client will need to see examples of your UI design process, so please include a link to your portfolio within your CV.
