Agile Scrum Master / .Net Developer Poole to £55k

Agile Scrum Master / .Net Developer *Remote Interview WFH*. Are you a technologist seeking a role where you can remain hands-on but take a lead role? You could be joining a technology company that's complex software solutions enable things such as tap-in / tap-out services on London transport.

As an Agile Scrum Master / .Net Developer you'll work closely with the Software Development Manager to make the team fully Agile and drive software best practice with a focus on improving deployment via CI/CD pipelines to increase frequency of releases. You'll partner with product Owners and the software development team, prepare refinements, Sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies; remove impediments from the team and remain hands-on with the code contributing to the teams' projects as and when needed.  

You'll join a small motivated team in Poole; driven by technology the company can offer a remote interview / onboarding process during the current social distancing measures and you won't be expected to be in the office every day after that with 2-3 days a week from home after lockdown.

Requirements:

Strong C# .Net software development background with current coding skills

Experience as a Scrum Master and leading Agile software development projects

Good technical knowledge across the full stack including some or all of the following: ASP.Net, MVC 5, Cloud based deployment (AWS / Azure), React, Node.js, Docker, REST, microservices, Jenkins

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
