A fast growing Semiconductor company specialising on RF circuit design for 5G basestations, currently seeks a Senior RF IC Design Engineer to join their new design centre in the Thames Valley. In this role the Senior RF IC Design Engineer will have responsibility for RF IC Design and product development including; packaging technology selection, tool sets, verification and product engineering. Working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment the Senior RF IC Design Engineer will be an excellent communicator and have a strong team ethic. You will have previous experience in RF IC Design ideally using silicon bulk and SOI technology with experience in designing blocks such as LNAs, RF switches, gain-controlled amplifiers and driver amplifiers up to 10GHz frequency bands. Experience designing phase and amplitude controllers is a bonus. Proven commercial experience working on high volume manufacture of designs would be ideal.
