A Senior Engagement/Process Lead is required by our Financial Services client based in London. As a part of the Transformation, the Agile TOM programme has been initiated. It aims to build Technology Operating Model that would simplify delivery and enable efficiencies. The Programme will work with Global Businesses and Functions going through the transformation to build the model that will be adopted universally.

The acceleration hub will upskill people to transition to Agile/DevOps. People in the transformation would be enabled to work in an Agile and DevOps way of working through a structured Accelerator program. The acceleration hub will create curriculum and orchestrate delivery of the program to the people going through transformation.You will setup the Acceleration Hub in UK and orchestrate delivery of the accelerator program to teams based in UK. The AEL will draft the entry and exit criteria for the Accelerator Program and work with the Regions planner to create a healthy pipeline of teams set to embark on the Acceleration program. The role involves facing-off to senior stakeholders in the course of eliciting requirements, managing expectations and providing preparatory materials for governance forums· Key Responsibilities:

Plan a schedule for each acceleration hub (following a standard template), which will be split into three phases executed over 10-12 weeks with clearly defined entry and exit criteria for each phase

· Facilitate preparation by bringing together a well-balanced team with key team staff (Agile coaches, DevOps coaches, Business leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Engineers)

· Plan the pipeline with stakeholders across regions and select qualifying teams that can go through the Accelerator Program

· Work with the Curriculum Experts to ensure all the preparation for hubs are in place and completed on time

· Arrange the delivery of training, bootcamp virtually and onsite based on situation

· Capture all the outputs and track follow - up activities

· During the final phase of the session, hold maturity assessment to see if the exit criteria are met.- Key Experience:

8 or more years as a Programme Manager or Delivery Manager

- Detail oriented program manager, capable of running multiple iterations of the same project in parallel

- Work with globally distributed teams and balance the cultural change

- Plan and execute the accelerator program - interfacing with local logistics/facilities teams for delivery of sessions

- Draft and continuously adapt the entry and exit criteria for each phase of the program

- Practical and theoretical knowledge of Agile frameworks

- High performing individual with strong, standing credibility within the local region, and a broad internal network

- Proven project management experience, preferably with a change management component

- Project Management skills (project planning and tracking; issues identification and management; project status reporting)In the first instance please submit your CV
