As Data & Performance Lead you'll be a key leader responsible for leading the Business Intelligence team and delivering the data/information strategy spanning security, quality, governance, awareness, management, reporting, visualisation and the implementation of the Housing Data Standard. In doing so you'll be facilitating the development of an insight-led performance culture and enabling the simple communication of complex scenarios, particularly at leadership level.
A critical thinker capable of providing clear direction, you have a good grasp of strategic and operational levels of data management, GDPR, ICO tools and practices, data manipulation tool sets such as SQL, SSRS, Power BI, and data governance. With experience of creating data strategy, data migration practices, data visualisation and bringing business awareness, you've worked in a Microsoft environment (e.g. Office, Dynamics 365, Azure & the Power Platform), preferably in a Housing context.
