Program Manager - BPO / BPaaS / Banking / Transformation - vacancy for our Ticino based client in the technology sector.Your experience/skills:Extensive Program Management experienceProfound knowledge in transformation programs as well as stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to communicate on the most senior levelBanking / Investment Banking business background is a mustBroad knowledge in BPO / BPaaS and capability to discuss with SMEs and team leadsSolid understanding of banking regulatory and legal requirements across Europe, CH and AsiaLanguages: English, fluent in written and spoken; Italian is a plusYour tasks:Taking over the program lead and driving the activities to conclusionReviewing the strategy and providing suggestions for further implementationsHandling risks and issues as well as evaluating the impact of changes in the planning of the projectManaging meetings agenda, ensuring relevant governance bodies are scheduled for each decisionEnsuring that proper project methodologies, tools and best practices are implemented in all projects in scope and supervising the alignment of project plans, managers and team activitiesConducting the deployment and training of all project planning tools and ensuring decision sharing within the organisation, including presenting mitigation plans and alternatives Start: 07/2020
