Tivoli Monitoring Engineer

International Banking Group - Perm

up to £70,000 + Benefits + Good Bonus Scheme

Central London (Initially Home Working)

As a preferred and trusted recruitment partner to this international banking group for over eight years, we have been asked to assist in the hire of a Tivoli Monitoring Engineer to join them on a permanent basis at their EMEA HQ.

Within this role you will be working in the Monitoring Team within Service Management Department, to support the Monitoring and Event Management tools development and administration. The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator having had exposure to monitoring tools (IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Omnibus/Netcool etc.), providing 3rd line support, environmental tuning, and architectural design and product roadmaps.

Ordinarily this role would be based in Central London close to Moorgate Tube Station, however given the current circumstances, upon starting the role you will work from home until further notice.

Work experience:

*Must have previous experience of administering large IBM Tivoli Monitoring environments.

*Must have experience of administering an ITM 6.3 environment.

*Any experience of managing Netcool/Omnibus 8 environment highly beneficial

*Any experience of integrating monitoring tools with ServiceNow, or similar ITSM tool, highly beneficial

*Any experience of managing ILMT highly beneficial

*Any experience of managing OpManager highly beneficial

*ITIL Foundation (or above) preferred.
