Service Delivery Manager | Project Manager | Business Analyst | System Implementation | Workfront | Workflow systems | 12 month FTC | Maternity cover | Essex | JobService / Project Delivery Manager - Workflow systemsService / Project Delivery Manager - Workflow systems required to join a growing design agency on a 12 month FTC based in Brentwood, Essex.Workfront System is currently being implemented to replace most / all other systems used within the business and the Service Delivery Manager will lead a small team in the implementation, delivery and evolution of this new system. As this will be replacing other systems within the business, change experience will be required to support the users in a new way of working.What the role entails, to name a few:
* Curate & maintain core systems specifications documentation including, but not limited to the following: Platform; Servers; Hosting; Domains; URL's; Security (SSL certificates, compliance & applied protocols); Contractual compliance & audit requirements; Roles & Responsibilities (Business owners, Administrators & Users); Business processes & workflows; Accounts, Licenses, Subscriptions & Renewals; SLA's, support, maintenance & systems monitoring procedures; Infrastructure dependencies; Business continuity (Systems failure/Disaster recovery procedures).
* Act as primary system administrator for workflow management system - User management, Roles, Groups, Teams and workflow management, acting as primary contact for system supplier
* Create & maintain user guide for workflow management system
* Train the trainers, ensure the business has sufficient trainers across departments, ensure trainers are kept up to date with new enhancements, workflows, functionality & bug fixes in software releases
* Work with Business Owners & Stakeholders to specify how support functions & helpdesk(s) will operate
* Report risks to business continuity & system performance; including increasing costs/risk of delay/inaction to known risks
* Identify pipeline requirements
* Conduct regular backlog grooming & prioritisation workshops with business owners, stakeholders and project managers
* Be the system evangelist & champion, providing bulletins for internal & external customers, & content for pitches, tenders & RFP's
What we need from you:
* 3+ years 'hands-on' experience in project management / product management, leading discovery and implementation of DAM and/or CMS systems, Digital projects or Software Development, preferably within an agency
* Sound foundational understanding of business processes and how they impact one another
* Risk management experience
* Knowledge of Change management/transformation processes
* Practitioner level qualification in project management - Agile/Prince 2/PMP or ITIL Service Management or equivalent Product Management qualification
* A working knowledge of software development methodologies, approaches and techniques; including Agile, Scrum and KanbanWhat you get in return:
