Systems Administration | Systems Administrator | Workflow systems | Workfront | ERP | DAM |CMS | Support | Digital | Agile | Permanent | Job | EssexWorkflow Systems Administrator required to join a growing design agency based in Brentwood, Essex.

Workfront System is currently being implemented within the business and the Workflow Systems Administrator is a new role to assist the delivery and project team in documenting, maintaining and reporting the lifecycle management and support of the workflow platforms.Full training on the system will be given and then you will be the 1st point of contact for any support / issues with the system. Assisting in the training of 'super users' you will then progress to 2nd Line support.Key Accountabilities:

* Assist maintenance of core systems specifications documentation

* Act as primary system administrator for workflow management system - User management, Roles, Groups, Teams and workflow management, acting as primary contact for system supplier

* Create & maintain user guide for workflow management system

* Assist the Senior Delivery Manager in producing business reporting, monthly, quarterly & yearly, for bugs/tickets, outages, scheduled maintenance, enhancements, performance to SLA's & client satisfaction. Identifying trends, common issues, underlying problems, impediments & improvement recommendations

* Work with Business owners & stakeholders to identify maintenance tasks, potential enhancements & impediments for removal, writing into user stories with valid acceptance criteria, value to the user, and effort/cost estimates, except where a project manager has been assigned to these tasks

* Working with a project manager or Senior Delivery Manager to maintain backlogs for maintenance & enhancements/new features for the system

* Work with assigned project managers, business owners, stakeholders & senior users to ensure robust testing of releases is completed & approved before going live

* Publicise scheduled system shutdowns/offline periods

* Produce quarterly & yearly release forecasts across the systems to enable budget forecasting.

* Be the system evangelist & champion, providing bulletins for internal & external customers, & content for pitches, tenders & RFP's

* Work with the QMS team, Client Service & Account Directors to develop & implement regular customer/user satisfaction surveys, including providing updates & key messages to respondentsWhat we need from you:

* Some 'hands-on' experience implementing and maintaining digital platforms, such as ERP, DAM and/or CMS systems or have worked on Digital projects or within Software Development

* Experience in supporting the development and workflows of a team of people

* Experience working within a large team environment, collaborating with key stakeholders and peers

* Experience in a software environment, where Agile or Scrum methodology is usedWhat you get in return:
