A speciality pharmaceutical company is seeking to appoint a Responsible Person on a permanent basis to join their team. The Responsible Person will be accountable for ensuring compliance with the conditions of the licenses and ensure the quality of the medicinal products are handled to good distribution practice (GDP).They will also be responsible for monitoring temperature control of medicinal products, have knowledge of drug stability, and responsible for liaison with regulatory authorities in the UK (MHRA).This individual will be a senior member of the organisation role will report to the CEO. The Responsible Person will be based in their Hertfordshire site. The Responsible Person will be working with the quality team and commercial team, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders within the company.The ideal candidate will have:Background in Pharmacy or PharmacologyWorked in a regulated pharmaceutical GDP environmentExperience in handling unlicensed or speciality medicinal products is essentialPlease use a cover letter to highlight how you meet the requirements for the role (highlighting your experience with unlicensed/speciality products and GDP activities).
