Lead Technical Support Engineer London to £65k *Remote Interview WFH*

Lead Technical Support Engineer (MacOS JAMF Munki Linux SOC2 ISO27001). Would you like to remain hands-on and take a lead role? You could be joining a fast growing digital identification scale-up and to taking ownership of the internal user estate.

As the Lead Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for running the IT department and supporting all teams with their technology requirements; including 200 Mac devices as well as 40 Linux workstations and the Linux server estate. You'll ensure the office environments and workstations are secure, assist users with their day to day IT related challenges, own the procurement of both hardware and software and maintain IT owned backend systems such as simple databases and standard IT applications. You will also own various controls that relate to the SOC2 and ISO27001 programs (which are well established).

Requirements:

You have experience as an IT Manager running MacOS at scale

You have a good knowledge of Linux as a workstation as well as Linux Server maintenance

You have experience of using JAMF or Munki to manage MacOS

You have a good working knowledge of networking including switches and firewalls

You're familiar with SOC2 audit and ISO27001

You're collaborative and able to provide mentoring / leadership to a small team
