An excellent role for a Telecoms Supervisor with FTTP experience looking to join a market leading company, where you will work technically challenging projects across the Bristol and South West area.Do you have experience of managing a team of telecoms field operatives in a fibre networks environment?This company are a market leader and belong to a large group of companies within the telecoms industry. They are rapidly expanding and have won several contracts with an ever growing order book. Due to continued expansion they are looking for a Field Telecoms Supervisor who will help to manage operatives to carry out fibre network works associated within the telecoms industry.In this role you will be managing the field teams involved in all the FTTP build. You will be dealing directly with the clients and local authorities, and ensuring all H&S is adhered to.This is a great chance to join a leading company that can offer you a technically interesting and varied role, where you can play a lead part in the growth of a market leading business. The Role:* Managing field teams in the FTTP build/Splicing activities
* Attending all required meetings and dealing with clients and local authorities/toolbox talks
* Ensuring all H&S is adhered too
* Working on contracts in Bristol/South west
The Person:* Telecoms FTTP experience
* Supervisory Experience
* Valid UK driving licence
