The Salesforce Technical Architect role would suit a professional who possesses sales operations/project management/salesforce development and advanced admin experience.

Role & ResponsibilitiesOperating under different departments & locations to enhance existing skills using SalesforceYou will be Event Monitoring to identify and analyse Salesforce behaviourWorking closely with Sales team to improve their existing skills and to help them devise new Salesforce processes. This requires capabilities of investigating new Salesforce technologiesAbide by the practises emphasised by Salesforce in the perspective of data archival/cleansing and analysisConduct Visualforce and Apex development alongside process buildersSkills & QualificationsExperience in Batch CodingSalesforce Administrator certified (ADM01)Solutions/Technical Design and BuildTranslate business Requirements to Technical DocumentationBe able to read and write Visualforce pages, Apex and TriggersMust be competent in Data analysis, Data cleansing, Microsoft Excel and be able to drive Salesforce user adoptionMust possess experience in working with a sales team and comprehend the operation of Salesforce in a practical environmentHas worked on areas such as, Sales, Service and Marketing CloudCPQ experience, JavaScript development and Einstein knowledge is ideal (not compulsory)Must be able to lead a team of developers and evaluate code and pages when necessarytBe able to conduct workshops and training sessionsNeed to have business stakeholder management experience Be able to gather and define requirements for implementation
