Dynamics NAV Support Analyst Location: Manchester/Remote based role A little bit about the client My client who was established back in 1761 have gone from strength to strength. Currently my client now operates in over 150 markets, have over 13 world class brands, producing over 5 million bottles per month from their 4 Manufacturing plantsMy Client is a renowned international spirits business, who offer an exciting and diverse portfolio of premium brands. With their world-class production capabilities in the UK, Ireland and France, their global reach and brand building capabilities, they are able distribute and supply to customers around the world. A little bit about the role My client has an active requirement for a Dynamics NAV/ Navision Systems Support Analyst. My client is in the process of upgrading to the latest version, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and require a passionate Support Analyst, with experience supporting Dynamics NAV/ ERP solutions to join the team - getting involved in the day to day running of the ERP system, whilst assisting in the transition to the latest version. This role is office based in the Greater Manchester region, but are now open to consider remote workers for the role. Role & Responsibilities 1st/ 2nd line support of client IT systems, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV (D365 Business Central)

Troubleshooting system issues across on-site/ remote user base within a small team

Getting involved in the end to end upgrade/ implementation cycle - analysis/ design through to go-live Skills & Qualification Proven experience supporting Dynamics NAV/ Navision ERP/ D365 Business Central software

Diverse IT support/ administration experience

Analytical mindset, with ability to assist in project-based IT work

Technical NAV systems skills - C/SIDE, C/AL (preferable, not essential)

Confident communication skills, with ability to support face to face & remotely Whats on offer?
