You will have great attention to detail investigating and resolving cases within Microsoft Dynamics, working with the Support Manager to ensure they are updated and actioned accordingly.Training is available to support you on the systems and tools you will be using in this role.Essential skills and experience:Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 (2011)Keen interest and skills in programming, C# and JavascriptExcellent problem-solving skillsExperience providing level 1 and level 2 supportGood communication skillsA strong passion to learnNice to haves:Software support and administration experienceExperience with System configurations and customisationExperience in client communicationsKnowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or DevOpsServer administration and maintenance experience (online)Apply online now to find out more.
