Service Desk Architect - DV Cleared

Our Client are looking for a DV cleared Service Desk Architect to urgently join their team. Currently the expectation is that this individual will be based onsite but there might be a little flexibility on this for a portion of the week.

If you have skills and experience in the following areas, please do apply for further information:

- ITIL Manager or ITIL V3 Expert

- Experience in end-to-end service design architecture and implementation

- Service desk design and implementation

- Service management and design proposals

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 18 weeks.
