Our client are a cloud solutions provider who build cloud solutions for all types of businesses around the globe and they're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their talented support division!
Whilst a lot of businesses are slowing down at the moment, our client have never been busier and you will get the chance to support some well known clients in their usage of our clients products, as well as being exposed to a number of cloud based support projects.
This role will suit someone who is specialised in one of Azure, O365 or Sharepoint alongside some form of cloud support from on-premise migrations through to on-boarding clients in the cloud.
Our client are looking for people of a variety of different levels so would suit junior engineers all the way through to lead support engineers due to the project demands at present.
To be considered for this role, it would be nice to have some of the following:
Whilst the majority of these skills are great to have, ultimately they're looking for a strong all rounder who can provide both hands on and hands off technical skills to the wider team and business.
