RPA Business Analyst | IT Business Partner | RPA | Robotic Process Automation | Blue Prism | UiPath | AI | Artificial Intelligence | Chat Bot | Digital Transformation | Job | OxfordshireBusiness Analyst / Business Partner with experience of RPA (Blue Prism / UiPath) required to join a newly formed Digital Team investigating how automation can improve the business's performance.As the RPA Business Analyst / Business Partner you will have responsibility for gathering, evaluating and justifying business requirements to understand the desired opportunities / processes for automation.What we need from you:

* Experience in RPA Business analysis, process re-engineering and process documentation

* Significant experience of delivering end-to-end digital transformation projects

* Experience in Baseline Setting/Planning, Scope Definition, Elicitation, Validation, Analysis & Documentation Trained in recognised methodologies (LEAN/Sig Sigma) for Business Improvement TechniquesWhat you get in return:
