A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Test Automation Engineer in Edinburgh to work for a well funded startup. My client solves real problems that concern real people; they work in an industry that has seen little digitisation or technology adoption and they are one of the very few companies that work in this field. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an equivalent role and is willing to take on new, long-term challenges. Key skills include:Experience of working in a DevOps environmentAutomated testing of front-ends (Cypress/Selenium or similar), knowledge of reactive frameworks is a plus Good knowledge of AWS infrastructure and services, previous work with Kubernetes is a plus Testing of web APIs and complex, service-based infrastructuresGood knowledge of Python would be advantageousCI/CD pipeline (Jenkins), with multiple stages / accounts An amazing benefits package awaits the successful candidate including flexible working and significant stock options.Please apply in confidence to find out more.
