Engineering Supervisor (Manufacturing)Gillingham, Kent£35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Pension + HolidayExcellent opportunity to join a thriving company at the forefront of their industry with second to none development and progression.Have you carried out hands-on work on manufacturing machinery? Do you have experience managing a team, or mentoring junior engineers? Established over a century ago this company are a major electronics manufacturer that supply to clients worldwide. Due to continuous growth within the business, they are seeking to take on a new Production Supervisor to drive growth, productivity and maximise output.In this role you will be leading a team within the company's production department. You will be providing mentoring and support to engineers and technicians, and identifying improvements to production processes and procedures as well as liaising with other departments such as procurement to ensure a smooth production process.This role would ideally suit someone with a background as a Team Leader in Electronics Manufacturing or an Engineer with experience mentoring or teaching junior staff.All in all a great chance to flourish within a leadership role whist still drawing upon your engineering prowess.The Role:

*Supervision of a small team of engineering staff

*Providing mentoring and support

*Identify improvements to production processes and proceduresThe Person:
