This employer is a disruptive force in the energy market. In this role you will own the product backlog and the creation and delivery of all backlog items. That includes gathering feature requests, continual prioritisation of the backlog, sprint planning plus the co-ordination of a team, including developers, a tester and a BA as a part of your running and managing the product daily stand ups on a two weeks sprint cycle. You will report into, and work very closely with, the Product Manager, whose job it is to guide the product strategy road map. They are looking for existing PO's only rather than those who want to career side steep into it.

Comms - You must be able to clearly communicate the vision between the backlog items and the business goals along with being able to demonstrate the value to the scrum .

Collaborator - You will need experience working in multi-disciplined, product led teams, collaborating with software engineers, product owners and business analysts.

Dealing with Complexity - You will have come from a multi-faceted software environment. This SaaS solution has many interdependencies and configurations which makes it a challenging environment but hopefully one you will love getting your teeth into.
