As the focal point of product design, you will lead the creation of a robust design system for a family of products. This is a great role for someone who is capable, and willing, to work on solving complex UX/UI problems that are both well-defined and ambiguous in nature, in both enterprise and consumer "worlds". You will be a professional, who understands the strategic importance of a good design guidelines, and are happy to provide the team with an example for how to follow them. Someone who is capable, and willing, to play a key part in shaping the future of their SaaS platform

User Experience - Interested in problems that can be solved through design. Knowing which UX techniques and patterns can be applied to tackle those problems.

Design Systems - Accompanied by a Platform Product Manager, you are able to produce a robust design system, style guides, standard UI components, and help developers implement them in a working product.

Engaged - You'll need to be proactive in your daily and weekly comms, ensuring your deliverables interface with the wider team and that your ideas and guidelines are understood.

They are Nottingham city centre based, but in the new world, remote working is the norm. For the first few months its likely to be 100% home based, with a slow return to office life planned - potentially a couple of office days per week.
