Project Manager - Oxford - £40kI am working with a MS Gold Partner based in Oxford who are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of innovative software projects across a variety of different industries. Role & Responsibilities:* Working independently and as a team, managing technical developers to deliver end to end projects and solutions.* Manage workloads, budgets and resources* Gathering requirements from clients and adapting to the size and complexity of their budgets * Tracking progress of the project, risk and budget. * Build relationships with clientsI am looking for the following experience:-Ability to liaise with customers/ stakeholders-Client-facing experience, including working with clients on a project basis -A real interest in technology Desirable:-Experience of Agile project management methods -PRINCE2 project management experience-Previous software development experience-Use of JIRA and other task tracking systemsDue to the variety of projects, you will need to be flexible and adaptable to change, in order to meet client requirements.This role offers you the support to manage software projects and the opportunity for you then to become an independent project manager.
