Travel: 10% Tasks & Responsibilities E2E responsibility for product master data for assigned product families and ensure implementation is completed on timeMonitoring of product master data creation, change and retirement progressActive participation in the different product and project related working groups with an impact on Global Product Data ManagementProvide guidance and transparency to key customers and stakeholdersPerform product master data and Supply Chain analysisDrive data compliance to decisions and standards by auditing accuracy, readiness and completenessGather Supply Chain users input for developing new "state of the art" Tools for Reporting and AnalyticsResponsible for acting as a liaison between the technical data science resources and supply chain users for developing new Reporting tools Additional tasksGeneration of KPIs and health indicatorsGeneration of team metrics and team reports on weekly/monthly basisCoordination of product master data for launch or divestment productsSAP ERP or APO Super UserExecution of periodic data audits and analysis with Data Content Owners Technical Skills 5y+ years business experience in supply chain in the pharmaceutical industryProven knowledge of SAP/R3 (MM) or SAP/S4 Hana applications / SAP APO / SAP ERPExpert knowledge with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel: Formulas/ Diagrams /Pivots)Advanced Knowledge of Reporting & Analytics tools (E.g. but not limited to: BW, Tableau, Python, SAC)Profound logistics knowledge (e.g. APICS certification)Analytical Problem Solving - Ability to identify problems, define problem statement clearly and accurately and apply structured methodology to identify data-driven root causes.
