CRM Manager - London I am currently working with a fast-growing organisation that has recently implemented Pardot and is looking to make the most of their Marketing Automaton efforts by hiring a CRM Manager for their team. As the CRM Manager, you will be heavily involved in taking ownership of the strategic and technical operations relating to Pardot. A key element of your role as the Pardot CRM Manager will be to audit the organisation's current Pardot instance and asses the way Pardot is currently being used and then recommend solutions to various stakeholders of how this could be improved. Another major part of this role will be to make use of Pardot's Lead Scoring and Lead Nurturing features as well as the Engagement studio in order to set up campaigns that vastly improve the amount of the sales qualified leads entering the system which in turn leads to a better ROI. Key Skills Strong knowledge of using Pardot for setting up Marketing Automation campaignsExperience setting up Lead Scoring and Lead Nurturing campaigns Recommending solutions to stakeholdersPrevious experience using Engagement studio Having a Pardot Certification may be ideal but not Essential The organisation itself is an ambitious start-up looking to bolster their use of Pardot. They are innovative and they are part of a select few Salesforce customers that are currently using Pardot for B2C Marketing Automation and this organisation is embarking on a unique and interesting project where they are releasing a new B2B Marketing Automation programme over the next coming months.
