IT Infrastructure EngineerNewcastle upon Tyne6 Month Contract£40-£50 per hourOne of my clients' is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their team on a 6 month contract. My client is working on an exciting transformation project, and as such requires an IT professional to assist in the design, configuration and testing of a new IT estate.Key Skills and Responsibilities You will have previous experience of supporting both physical and virtual servers and will have prior experience of installing, configuring and supporting various IT hardware, software and applications.Working within a small team, you will be able to support all areas of project delivery, troubleshooting of issues raised and dealing with all level of infrastructure queries.From a technical level, you will have a strong Microsoft Stack background including all versions of Windows, Servers, VMware, and Citrix.A good understanding of Networks and Firewalls is a must as well as Antivirus/Patching.The Next StepsIf you are interested, then please submit your CV ASAP as my client is looking to interview immediately.
