The company:This company is made up of 50 employees, operating within Stockholm and known for their positive, close knit work culture. They are very focused on the development and up skilling of their employees and put aside a large budget for this which you as an employee get to dictate how that is spent i.e. which certifications/courses you take. This ties into their bonus system, they operate on a base bonus model meaning that employee certifications, billable hours and other factors contribute to the earnings of the individual.
