I am currently working with a large pharmaceutical company based in Cork, on a Buyer Planner Team Lead position. You will be working with a well renowned company in managing their buying/planning team and working with senior management in relation to the 24 month manufacturing plan. As Buyer Planner Team Lead you will:Manage of the buying / planning team including completing performance reviews and development planningEnsure robust processes are in place within the Buying / Planning team to translate MRP signals to vendor PO's and planned appropriately to meet production requirementsEnsure alignment between Buying / Planning team and Supply Chain Consultants in relation to the manufacturing planKey point of contact cross functionally to ensure NPI projects are supported and PO's are placed in an appropriate time frame and planned appropriately to meet production requirementsDevelop & manage KPIs to measure functional performance, highlighting areas of concern and identify areas for improvement This is an excellent opportunity for you to grow your management experience, and work in a high volume compliant manufacturing environment.
