This employer is an independent software and technology consultancy who have clients in the public and private sector. They pride themselves on their ability to deliver exciting new digital services for clients. They are able to support clients with their strategy, technical design, user experience, software development and delivery into live service. Their multidisciplinary teams have the drive, talent and creativity to take strategies from inception all the way through to successful business adoption.

They are specifically looking for talented, enthusiastic individuals to work in our Delivery Practice. Delivery spans all stages of the digital delivery lifecycle, from strategy development to solution implementation. This role offers you the opportunity to work in high-performing teams in a range of projects from large transformation programmes to bespoke solution development, with a range of clients using a broad range of technology solutions.

Delivery Consultants focus on managing clients projects so that they deliver digital solutions that work as expected or exceed their expectations. They will be trained so that they are able to:

- Apply Agile principles and have awareness of how to use Agile tools

- Effectively translate and accurately communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as facilitate discussions within a multidisciplinary team

- Actively address internal risks and issues and know when to escalate them

- Track, manage, escalate and communicate dependencies

- Understand the importance of planning and forecasting and the different ways to develop a plan

- You should have a strong academic background and demonstrate genuine interest in technology

- You should be a highly motivated self starter, have great interpersonal and communication skills, integrity and a strong desire to deliver the best possible solutions for clients

You should be open to working in different locations for different clients. Although most of their work is in London, you should be happy to travel as client needs dictate.
