Operations Performance Analyst - Portsmouth - £28-32,000This role will interview and on-board remotely. A fantastic organisation with offices close to Portsmouth are recruiting for an Operations Performance Analyst to join their newly formed Data and Insight Team. The Role Your primary responsibility will be to manage the relationship of key business areas by supporting their use of insight and analysis for continuous improvement. You will be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders whilst leading on the alignment of key performance indicators for colleagues across various departments. You will act as the point of contact for all performance related questions and requests, as well as ensuring that performance reporting and insight is accurate and provided to timescales. Further, it will be your job to investigate and understand costs and processes, and where required recommend and implement improvements. Your Responsibilities This role will be varied and challenging, as such, you should expect your responsibilities to vary on a daily basis. Generally, your key responsibilities will include the following: Establish successful stakeholder relationships to ensure clarity in working processes, targets and continuous improvement. Identify areas of performance concern and apply necessary reviews. Lead on alignment of key performance indicators across a variety of different departments to establish single targets for each measure. Provide insight on performance. Actively recommend best practice measures. Ensure that reports to the Directorate are accurate and on time. Ensure that you maintain an up-to-date KPI repository. Apply quality checks as appropriate to ensure that the data being used for reporting is accurate and valid. Where required propose new/adjusted measures on business strategy within the organisation. Undertake other ad-hoc duties at the request of your line manager. You To be a good fit for this role you should have previous experience working in a very similar capacity, specifically with performance reporting and analysis. You should also have excellent communication skills and be confident dealing with members at all levels in the business. Further, you should be technically minded and understand the benefits of good data quality and accurate business intelligence reporting.
