JOB DETAILSYou'll be joining the small Chicago tech-hub of one of a high-frequency trading company.
Your days will involve designing and protecting the firm's global security infrastructure, sharing ideas and recommending new systems and enhancements throughout the business. You'll be working in a Linux environment, with a heavy focus on network security.
Experience in the finance sector is essential, as you'll need to understand what threat landscapes the company could face. The ability to keep calm under pressure and come up with creative solutions on your feet is key here as you'll be working directly with stakeholders.
It pays very well but you need to love what you do more than you love the money.
You need to live and breathe Security, be willing to share your ideas about how the firm can improve things and be brave enough to voice your opinions.
