Project Change Consultant (SC Clearance)

We currently have an interesting opportunity for a Security Cleared Consultant with a strong background in Project, Change and Stakeholder Management within a Defence environment. There are a number of Accelerator projects that need to be delivered and experience around similar types of delivery will be important.

Experience of working closely with the Military will be key, especially relevant will be having worked on any Joint projects or Programmes.

Strong experience in some of the following areas will be key:

- Change management SME and mentoring.

- Change coherence, planning and monitoring.

- Campaign/programme analysis.

- Stakeholder engagement.

- Stakeholder engagement management.

- Short term accelerator project coherence

- Short term accelerator project technical and delivery support.

- Short term accelerator project validation.

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
