Junior IT Analyst - Permanent- Slough Our client are a management services company and are currently looking for a Junior IT Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Junior IT Analyst you will be responsible for the following: Troubleshooting IT problems on a Windows based environmentManaging the assets by being accountable for the database updates and reliabilityBacking up the servers by monitoring the daily jobs and troubleshooting jobs that didn't work.Day-to-day Support on hardware, software, and mobiles Requirements:1-2 years of commercial IT experienceNetwork InfrastructureMicrosoft Office 365Windows 10 Desirable:HND or higher in computing If you are interested in the above role, please apply!
