My Client a leading Pharmacutical Company based in Belguim requires a HR Ops Advisor - Operations Lead
Job Summary
Describe the primary purpose of this role as well as the Geographical scope (Global/Regional/Local) and any regulatory responsibilities
The Talent Ops advisor is responsible for coordinating the HR operations and will ensure that all activities are running effectively to provide employees best class experience. This includes the supervision of the admin team, initiate process improvements and continuous review of the admin process.
Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Describe the main accountabilities for this role including significant tasks, responsibilities and projects
Manage administrative execution employee life cycle events
· Monitor the accurate processing of salary changes, sickness, career breaks, promotions and terminations
· Provides support and coaching towards a team of 4 jr HR Ops Specialists within a shared service center model.
· High focus on improving and creating effective HR operational processes in line with local law.
· Able to advise employees & Talent organisation on complex questions.
· Execute operational activities for assigned process(es) as needed
· Ensure process(es) are correctly documented, implemented, communicated and maintained for flawless execution
· Put processes and measurements in place to ensure work is being executed taking into account efficiency, accuracy, quality and compliance using operational excellence methodologies
· Responsible for initiating and managing improvements where process automation is key.
· In case of service related issues, analyze, take action and improve processes
· Responsible for change communication and good customer satisfaction towards Talent and employees.

Experience
Please describe: Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources with 2 to 5 years of experience in operational HR roles and tiered model environment, working with high volume of transactions. )
Competencies

Very good knowledge of Belgian Social Law
Ability to coordinate, coach and motivate effectively

IT savvy: easy understanding and use of IT tools & systems. Extensive knowledge of payroll, time and attendance; strong understanding of HR Processes and systems (SAP, eBlox, Protime; Success Factors etc);
Excellent written and spoken English & French; Dutch is an extra asset.
