Our Central Government client based in Central London is recruiting for a Service Architect with SC Clearance.Role ProfileTo engage with key stakeholders to develop service model, service architecture and support service transition plans for the multiple operating states that the Programme will deliver;Assurance of service architecture products, including production of interim operating models;Assurance of service design activities that occur within the individual projects within NLEDP;Maintain the Target Operating Model (TOM), continual validation and refinement subject to end consumer consultation, stakeholder engagement and interim state implementation;Production of Service Definition Documents for each Interim Operating Model, including high-level capability definitions for each capability identified as required in the Service Architecture.Key Skills / ExperienceITIL and Service Management experienceExperience of designing an integrated organisational structure, role profiles, culture, performance measures, competencies and skills to enable changeAbility to establish, and provide oversight of, an organisations approach to the use of information and ITExperience of the overall financial management, control and stewardship of the IT assets and resources used in the provision of IT servicesThe ability to manage internal or external suppliers to ensure successful delivery of products and services required by the businessAbility to collect and use feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder managementExpertise in planning, implementation, control and review and audit of service provision to meet customer requirementsExpertise in multiple project methodologies including Agile delivery, Waterfall and Agile at scale (SAFe)Experience of working in blended, multi-discipline, multi-vendor team environmentsExperience of complex governance in a large organisationExperience in risk, issue and dependency managementAbility to engage and influence at senior levelsProject management , typically involving the development and implementation of processes to meet business needs; acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, qualityAn understanding of the Law enforcement landscapeExperience of transitioning working/live services to in-house teams and/or other supplier teams - e.g. supporting and developing in-house capability and capacity and maintaining an exit strategy/handoverExperience of successfully delivering Service Transition outcomes for national organisations working in complex and highly regulated environmentsThe implementation of an integrated organisational structure, role profiles, culture, performance measures, competencies and skills to enable changeThe achievement of formal confirmation that acceptance criteria have been met and that the service provider is ready to operate the new service when it has been deployedHave experience of working with multiple cloud vendor technologies and tools (e.g Azure, UKCloud, AWS), have experience of working on migration between different cloud vendor technologies and on-premise to CloudAwareness of organisational and cultural changeService Architect - ITIL Expert (SC Cleared), service model, service architecture, TOM, Target Operating Model, Security Cleared, SC Clearance, DV Cleared, Developed Vetted, Azure, AWS, Cloud, Law Enforcement, Police, Central Government, Agile, Scrum, Master, Delivery, Architecture, Service Manager, Management, Design, Transition,
