HR Consultant Homeworking - £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits, permanent role, Hampshire You will coordinate various HR transition programmes to effectively embed strategic HR and Company projects.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Analysing the company's current HR programmes and proposing solutionsDeveloping, revising, and implementing HR policies and proceduresEnsuring HR programmes and services are in compliance with established policies and procedures and UK laws and regulationsCoordinating various rewards, compensation and benefits activities as per line manager's requestPreparing and maintaining reports and business plans related to specific HR projectsCoordinating the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflowBuilding methods for compiling and analysing data for reports and special projectsPlanning training sessions related to specific HR programsImplementing and working with HR systems and IT programmes (Excel; recruitment software, etc.)Conducting research to understand how a company functions and where a company can improvePreparing cultural change reports, staff engagement surveys proposals, and presentationsAnalysing latest HR trends and recommending changes to existing business modelsEvaluating competitors to pinpoint advantages or disadvantages in the current marketPreparing recommendations on organisational improvementAnalysing gathered information to form an improvement plan in operational and strategic HR areasProviding consultation and guidance to staff as per request of Director of HRLeading HR related projectsDefining HR KPIs against business plan and driving actions to ensure achievementEssentials and desirables Eligibility to Work in the UKCIPD or equivalent qualificationCoaching & mentoring qualifications/experience.MSc/MA in HRM or equivalentExperience in delivering a change programmeExtensive HR generalist experience and detailed understanding of all aspects of HR ManagementExperience as an HR Consultant; experience in project management and report writing skills.In-depth knowledge of HR principles and best practices.Skills and capabilities Strong analytical skills and delivery of change managementExcellent verbal and written communication and consulting skillsSolid understanding of research methods and analysis To find out more about Real please visit www.realstaffing.comReal Staffing, a trading division of SThree Partnership LLP is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy| Registered office | 1st Floor, 75 King William Street, London, EC4N 7BE, United Kingdom | Partnership Number | OC387148 England and Wales
