£300-350 Per Day-PAYE

6 Months Contract- Extensions LikelyA Digital Business Analyst is required by our Financial Services client based in London. A number of digital deliveries are planned for 2020 and beyond including launch of a new internet banking platform, mobile experience and self-service tools. You will be responsible for building, managing and delivering the plan that will help us ensure the business is equipped and ready to receive digital products and services being delivered. You will also support the implementation activities including engagement, operational communications and training and adoption. Key Responsibilities:

-End to end plan for the Commercialization work stream including ensuring deliverables key milestones, dependencies risks and issues clearly documented

-MI analysis to support the business lines while rolling out BB SBI initiatives

-Plan for Commercialisation including implementation and business readiness activities

-Operational procedures, training and communications as required

-Engagement with product owners and workstream leads to ensure alignment

-Offering support in embedding usage of our digital tools by our customersKey Experience:

· Excellent planning and plan management skills, including using a variety of tools.

· Strong analytical skills

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel

· Experience in working with diverse teams of different work streams.

· Outstanding relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills
