Junior Project Manager - IT - Consultant - Oxford - £30KWorking with a great consultancy based out of Oxford who are looking to add a talented Junior Project Manager to work on various software projects, delivering end to end service. You will be working closely with internal developers as well as customers to do so. The company offer a great training and development programme, a flexible working environment and a great company culture to learn and grow.Job DescriptionThis is and will be a business critical role delivering projects for important clients within the software industry. It will give the right person exposure to new ways of learning and the opportunity to work alongside some very talented IT professionals.Role & ResponsibilitiesWorking independently and as a team, managing technical developers to deliver end to end projects and solutions.Manage workloads, budgets and resources Gathering requirements from clients, reporting back on progress as well as setting clear expectations throughout the project delivery.Tracking progress of the project, risk and budget.Finding ways of generating repeat business with the clients you are working with as well as exploring all opportunity to develop new relationships and new business.
