One of our clients is looking for an Training associate to support in instructional design and delivery on a HR and Finance application called Workday, we are looking for associates that are proficient in the HR and Finance functions of WorkdayThe client is based in Stratford, London and there would be a requirement for some travel to the office and probably face to face delivery (when we are allowed to do this again)
Due to Public Sector and falls inside of IR35 so we would need the associate to sign up to an Umbrella Company if successful.
KEY PURPOSE OF JOB
The key purpose of the job will be to upskill management, staff and other impacted communities to enable effective usage of our new HR & Finance ERP system, Workday. This includes understanding which audiences will need to be able to use which processes and providing point of need training and resources.
SCOPE
Training needs analysis and development of approach
Development of deliverable and experiences to build knowledge and ability to operate with new solution both pre and post go-live. This may include classroom training (e.g. Powerpoint slide creation and practical in class exercises), e-learning modules, handouts / quick reference guide creation, hints and tips, quizzes
Training Delivery and User Support - face to face classroom training, end user support e.g. floor walking post go-live, adoption / readiness assessment
Effective feedback mechanisms in place to ensure assessment of training effectiveness and enable c ontinual improvement
Functionality in scope relates to HR, Finance and Procurement processes.
