Contract Messaging and Collaboration Engineer

£500pd - £550pd PAYE (Inside IR35)

As a preferred and trusted recruitment partner to this international banking group for over eight years, we have been asked to assist in the hire of a Messaging and Collaboration Engineer

who will be responsible for managing the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of EMEA messaging services.

The following core functions make up the associated service

E-discovery

Email and Archiving

Mobile Device management

Intranetweb services

Whilst this is an initial six-month contract, it is very common for contractors to remain on site for 12-36 months, therefore it is very likely this contract will extend well beyond the initial six months. We receive extremely good feedback from the many individuals onsite here. his role will be working from home from day one, however in normal circumstances would be based in Central London close to Aldgate East Tube Station.

Key skills and Experience:

Essential:

*10 year + experience of working with Microsoft Exchange

*5 years + Experience of working with Enterprise Vault

*5 years + experience with working with compliance tooling

*5 years + experience working with Mobile device management solutions.

*Financial Service experience

*10 years + Experience of working on global messaging infrastructure Circa 10,000 + users

Desirable:

*Office 365 experience Migration experience

*Migration experience from Exchange 2010 to later versions

*Feed into an enterprise Office 365 strategy and develop the technical roadmaps for Messaging Services

*Design and deploy Office 365 Exchange 2016

*DesignDeploy and support existing messaging infrastructure to include

*LYNCBYOD iPhoneIPADBlackberryExchangeOutlookCompliance toolEnterprise Vault (Multiple sites as part of Global Org).

*Expert in AD Federated servicesHybrid services

MCSE MessagingMCSA Cloud AzureMCSA Office 365 accreditation helpful.

This role may suit an individual with robust Exchange / messaging skills who has held the following roles: Messaging Support Consultant, Exchange Support Consultant, Messaging Specialist, Ms Exchange specialist.
