We are extremely pleased to bring to you this new and exciting contract opportunity for freelance PEGA Decisioning Business Analyst to work on a greenfield implementation project for one of our global clients that is indisputable leader within their domain.Job type: Contract / Freelance

Location: Stockholm or Malmo, Sweden (currently remote)

Start data: July 2020 or ASAP

Assignment length: 12 months

Role & Responsibilities* Working together with a dynamic team supporting pilots and subsequent roll outs of marketing and customer related technology PEGA

* Be a strong communicator and a key link between business teams, external vendors, and the customer's internal IT department to ensure smooth delivery against requirements and design.

* Support the strategic direction and design of the blueprints for future global roll outs.

* Support the marketing teams in gathering and analysis of business requirements in order to best implement PEGA Decisioning and achieving optimal capability of the technology

* Potential international travel after restrictions are lifted Skills & Qualifications* Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience as Business Analyst or equivalent

* 2-3 years of experience working on PEGA Decisioning implementation project or other CRM technologies (ideally End to End implementation)

* Good understanding of PEGA Systems in particular Marketing, Decisioning/Next Best Action tools

* Ability to conduct thorough business analysis and translate them into User Stories, Functional Sepcs, BRD

* Transforming Business requirements into data mapping spec

* Understanding of Agile methodologies as well as interface/integration technologies

* Openness to travel to other locations (Europe-wide)Nice to have:

* Knowledge of other CRM systems would (e.g. Medallia, Teradata, Salesforce)

* Relevant PEGA Certifications (with preferance for PEGA Marketing, PEGA Decisioning)
